•  To place an order, start by clicking on any product image.
• Choose the quantity you want and follow the on screen instructions.
• For each item, there will be an "Add To Cart" button.This button adds the item to your shopping basket. Adding an item to your shopping basket does not commit you to buying the item.
• After placing an item in your cart, you can choose to place the order, remove the item or continue shopping.
• You can place as many items as you wish in your shopping cart.
• When you are finished and are ready to place your order, just click the View Cart button. (this will take you back to your shopping cart)
• When you submit your order you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. This confirmation will include your order number.

• Please allow additional time during the peak holiday season.
• We cannot ship to a P.O Box, as we ship via UPS. Please provide an accurate street address. If the address is incomplete it may delay receipt of the package and you will be charged a fee to correct the address.
• If you are ordering from an APO/FPO address, please be advised that Team Watch Shop does not add a shipping charge to your order. Therefore, you will be contacted by e-mail with the shipping amounts and updated totals for the order. Because UPS does not ship to an APO/FPO address, the order will be sent via US Priority Mail. Team Watch Shop cannot expedite shipments to APO/FPO adresses.
• Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturday and Sunday. If you must have a Saturday delivery, contact Team Watch Shop....UPS will make a Saturday delivery for an additional charge.
• At this time we are not shipping outside of the continental United States.
• Our friends from Alaska and Hawaii should contact us for a ship quote before placing an order.

To calculate the shipping cost for an order

Place the items you wish to order in your shopping cart.  Enter the zip code of your shipping address on the shopping cart page and the UPS cost calculator will display the cost for each of the services listed above. This way you can make sure you are in agreement prior to placing your order.  We do our very best to meet the delivery days listed. You will be supplied with a tracking # so that you can track your order and view the order status once the order is shipped.

When should I expect delivery?

Most orders are shipped by the second business day after you order; many times it’s faster than that.  After the product leaves the warehouse, standard UPS shipping times apply.  Depending on your location and the volume being handled by UPS at the time, this is usually from three to seven business days within the United States.  The UPS delivery date is based on business days (Monday - Friday) and does not include weekends. In the event of a delay, we will contact you via phone or e-mail.

Return Policy

Our products are top quality and brand name merchandise. But, we understand that sometimes you just aren’t happy with something you purchase, whether in a physical store or online. If you are not satisfied you may return your watch and receive a refund for the purchase price of the watch. 
Team Watch Shop will not refund your purchase if the item is returned in un-sellable condition.  Before sending any item back, please e-mail us at service@cornucopiaconnection.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Any returns made without authorization will be refused.

We do not refund shipping and handling charges or reimburse for the cost of returning the item. When shipping a product back to the company, we suggest that you use a service where you can track your package (UPS, FedEx) or if you use the US Postal service that you send it insured.

All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.  We will accept a return on any watch as long as the watch is in sellable condition and has not been worn.  We will refund your money upon return and inspection (must include all original packaging and materials.)
All returns made after the 30 day period are subject to a 20 % re-stocking fee.
Watches that are returned due to a defect will be refunded at the full purchase price plus shipping or replaced at the option of the customer.

If you wish to exchange your item there will be an $8.50 shipping/handling fee + price difference (if applicable).

All of our watches have a lifetime warranty.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for refunds to be processed.

During the holiday shopping season from Nov. 1 thru Dec. 15, all returns may be made within 60 days from the date of purchase, as we realize that many of you will be giving gifts and need the extra extension.

Special Notes

1. Team Watch Shop is a division of The Cornucopia Connection and your credit card statement will read Cornucopia Connection. This information is being given to you so that there is no confusion upon receiving your statement as to the name of the seller. You purchased your watch from Team Watch Shop, which is a Cornucopia Connection e-commerce site and is the name that will appear on your statement. Please make a note of this information.
2. All watches come packaged with a Warranty Certificate enclosed. This explains what to do in order to receive warranty service. It also contains information about the proper handling of your new quality Quartz watch. Please read this certificate carefully and locate it in a safe place.
3. All orders are subject to our approval.  We reserve the right to cancel any order.
4. If your package arrives damaged, missing items or tampered with, please contact UPS first, and then contact us at  help@cornucopiaconnection.com.
5. We are not responsible for typographical errors. Images are for visual reference only. Manufacturers occasionally update their product line. As a result, specifications and availability of products are subject to change. Team Logos may change from time to time and we may not always have the current logo represented on the website. The manufacturer may have new team logos available for shipping prior to photos being taken and available on the website. Team Watch Shop reserves the right to ship to any customer a watch with a current team logo, even though the image may be different on the website. This may be done with or without the consent of the customer.   Despite all efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on this site, there is no guarantee that the information provided on this site is error free.  We reserve the right to cancel or correct any orders and/or areas of this site containing errors or inaccurate information.
