I couldnt say enough good things concerning my first experience with Team Watch Shop. Attention to servicing my order promptly and professionally was second to none. My order was on back order un-fortunately but i was kept up to date constantly via e-mail and direct phone calls. When it finally arrived in only a week or so at TWS i was notified and my item arrived at my door step within 48 hours. Any discounts or shipping fees promised were honored and i also found my item cheaper at another retailer but TWS met the price. I purchased the Derek Jeter watch with a 2 on the face. While the watch was on back order when I originally tried to make the purchase, I was informed about when it would be available. The delay wound up taking longer than expected through no fault of the merchant. (Apparently this item is manufactured outside of the country and there were labor issues that were unavoidable.) I was informed right away that they delay could be long and asked if Id like to wait and be informed when it would be available. When I said, yes, Ill wait. I was kept constantly up to date on the status. The customer service was EXCELLENT!! Once it was ready for shipment, I recieved another update and the watch arrived just a few days later in perfect condition. I was very happy with the watch but even happier with the high level customer service I recieved. It could not have been better! I will definitely use this merchant again.

It turned out to be a very popular item with his friends and family.I returned to purchase other team items only to find that they were out of stock and due to popularity were not expecting any more soon. I ordered two special edition Red Sox World Champions watches as Christmas presents. Unfortunately, I ordered them rather late, and the store was sold out of their stock, but I received an e-mail saying that they were expecting another shipment, and that hopefully I would still get the watches before Christmas. As things happened, the shipment didnt come in until after the holidays, but I have never encountered such courtesy and personal attention from a merchant in my life. A gentleman named Marc, e-mailed me with updated information every step of the way, and even phoned once, to let me know the latest anticipated shipping date from the manufacturer. He took such personal concern that one would have thought the watches were his own gifts. Because the watches didnt arrive until mid-January (through no fault of Team Watch Shop), he made a very generous adjustment in the price. When the watches did arrive, they were everything I had hoped for and more. I had also shopped arround before I made this purchase, and Team Watch Shop had the best prices I could find for these items. The excellent prices, plus the amazing personal attention make this the most pleasant shopping experience I can ever remember having!
