Our products are top quality
and brand name merchandise. But, we understand that sometimes you just aren’t
happy with something you purchase, whether in a physical store or online. If you
are not satisfied you may return your watch and receive a refund for the
purchase price of the watch. Team Watch Shop will not
refund your purchase if the item is returned in un-sellable condition. Before
sending any item back, please e-mail us at
service@cornucopiaconnection.com for a Return
Merchandise Authorization number. Any returns made without authorization will be
refused.
We do not refund shipping and
handling charges or reimburse for the cost of returning the item. When shipping
a product back to the company, we suggest that you use a service where you can
track your package (UPS, FedEx) or if you use the US Postal service that you
send it insured.
All returns must be made within
30 days of receipt. We will accept a return on any watch as long as the watch
is in sellable condition and has not been worn. We will refund your money upon
return and inspection (must include all original packaging and materials.)
All returns made after the 30 day period will be subject to a 20 % re-stocking fee.
Watches that are returned due to a defect will be refunded at the full purchase
price plus shipping or replaced at the option of the customer.
All GameTime watch returns made within the 30 day period may be subject to a re-stocking fee unless the watch has a defect. The re-stocking fees would be as follows:
Agent, Future Star, Grandstand Series...$3.50
Player and Pocket watch...$ 4.00
Coach Series watch...$ 5.00
General Manager, Schedule watch and Owner Series...$ 6.00
Sapphire Series...$ 11.00
All of our GameTime watches have a
lifetime warranty.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for
refunds to be processed.
If you wish to exchange your item there will be an $8.50 shipping/handling fee + price difference (if applicable).

reference only. Manufacturers occasionally update their product line. As a result, specifications and availability of products are subject to change. Team Logos and colors may change from time to time and we may not always have the current logo represented on the website. The manufacturer may have new team logos available for shipping prior to photos being taken and available on the website. Team Watch Shop reserves the right to ship to any customer a watch with a current team logo, even though the image may be different on the website. This may be done with or without the consent of the customer.
